Yard of the Month Criteria

1. Green and manicured lawn 2. Cut and shaped shrubs and trees 3. Blooming flowers/plants 4. No visible weeds especially in the flower/shrub beds 5. Up-to-date PLHOA paid dues 6. Current board members' yards are not eligible for this designation.
