   1.Watch for litter and try to prevent,
   2.Keep Valuables out of sight
   3.Set up tables to block unwanted entrance to garage
   4.Recruit family & friends to help with yard sales
     show buyers a strong family presence
   5.Keep bags & Change close to you, so you aren't
     distracted by buyers
